Scope of Work

Detailed study with Architects and Clients about the Project. BOQ and specifications preparations and Quote to be submitted to client /Architects.
On receiving the orders ,Placing order to the vendor for Material supply priority Shall be given for long lead items.
Continuous interaction with Architect, Employer and sub -Contractors to ensure completion of project as per plan.
Scheduling job plan deviation from master plan and reports same to the clients and architects.
Site meetings to monitor progress of works, Quality and Safety norms followed for ensuring the timely completions of Micro activities with respect to the schedule.

Works will be carried out as per requirement and details of clients/ Architects,
Set producers for ensuring quality control of the materials that are incorporated in the buildings and Monitor the materials that is required for the project.
Ensuring compliance to all safety and statutory needs of the Construction works.
Maintaining complete records /data pertaining to project including Workman Compensation policy, Delivery challans, Labour register, Drawings and Details Quality reports for various works.
